Underpinned by AI, data science, and a secure datafoundation, this advanced platform makes data actionable withuser-friendly dashboards and apps (advanced analytics) to amplifybusiness impact exponentially. The successful candidate will beresponsible for developing relationships with each customer toensure value is delivered to identify expansion opportunities andwill own subscription renewals. As the platform is used across manydepartments, industries and company sizes, your day could includediscussions on marketing effectiveness in advanced tech;implementing data science in Pharma; transparency in SalesOperations in Finance, or how to build and roll-out new dataproducts in Professional Services. This role is highly impactfuland one in which is a key player in the organisation and requiressomeone who is proactive, hands-on and diligent, to offerexceptional value added services to customers. Responsibilities -Become knowledgeable of solutions and service offerings, includingSaaS business solutions, professional services and how we supportour customers - Manage renewal commercials, quoting, negotiationand ensure value is positioned in subscriptions - Manage customerrelationships and become the trusted advisor for the customer towork with for within data, technical and business functions - Buildand rollout adoption plans with customer stakeholders to grow usagewithin their business - Work to ensure customer satisfaction withthe product by anticipating their needs, understanding the overallvision of their company and understanding the role the platform canplay in supporting them - Expand current customer accounts throughupsell opportunities of licences and services Qualifications - ABachelor's degree (or equivalent) preferred - A professional withstrong organisational, and personal skills to successfullycommunicate and negotiate with internal and external customers -Maintain accurate, effective client communication with data leadersand business executives - High mental agility to manage and adaptto customer objectives and situations, balanced with companyobjectives - Ability to manage concurrent deadlines and projects tocompletion with a high level of diligence - Excellentcommunication, written, presentation, and negotiation skillssufficient for working with senior business executives -Self-driven, motivated and results oriented - Manage multiplepriorities – proven time management skills to manage multiplepriorities across numerous accounts (30-40) - You should be able toconnect effectively with data and business executives in $50m-$5bnrevenue companies - A strong ability to work in concert with salesand technical specialists on account engagements - Any Europeanlanguage skills (German, Italian, Spanish, French) would be a plus,but not a must - Have used data analytics and BI tools – havecreated a dashboard, built ETLs, used data in their role Benefits -A generous compensation/OTE package on offer - Meritocratic workingenvironment and strong career progression opportunities - Privatehealthcare, generous pension - Employee stock options - A fastgrowth, exciting business with an open and inclusive culture -Continuous learning and development - Great offices and flexibleworking -- This position is open to candidates eligible for workingin the United Kingdom.
