What You’ll Do

Design, implement, anddeploy AI/ML modelsinto production systems
Buildrobust frameworks, pipelines, and toolingto support scalable solutions
Tackle messy, real-world data to uncover actionable insights
Work closely with domain experts and platform teams to integrate AI into ourSaaS product
Contribute across theentire ML lifecycle— from data wrangling to monitoring in production
Stay sharp: Explore the latest inRL,optimization,genAI, andMLand bring fresh ideas to the table
Collaborate across functions (including product, CTO, and clients) to deliver measurable value

Must-Have Qualifications

Master’s or PhD inEngineering,Data Science,Operations Research,Applied Mathematics, or a related field
StrongPythonskills for ML/AI and mathematical optimization
Hands-on experiencedeploying ML models to production
Clear, structured communicator with the ability to articulatetechnical decisions and trade-offs
You’re ahard-working team playerwho thrives in a high-pace environment (and leaves the diva behavior at the door)

Preferred Skills

Experience withAzure MLand/orAWSML services
Knowledge ofcivil engineering,HVAC, ormechanical engineeringdomains (a plus, not a requirement)

Location:London office, Vauxhall
Work model:4 days in-office, 1 day remote per week
