What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ yearsof experience in data science, machine learning, or applied AI roles.
  • Strong background in statistics, predictive modeling, and advanced machine learning techniques.
  • Proven ability to lead end-to-end AI projects—from data exploration and model development to deployment and evaluation.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as Scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and/or Hugging Face.
  • Experience working with large-scale datasets, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), and ML Ops tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical insights into actionable strategy.
  • A growth mindset and a passion for using AI to drive positive change.
