Our Macquarie EMEA payroll team works closely with a range of internal stakeholders across Operations, HR, Finance, Operational Risk, and the Business, as well as external payroll vendors, to ensure the smooth running of the payroll process.

What role will you play?

As a Macquarie, Payroll Technology Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient payroll operations across EMEA. You will leverage your exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively build strong relationships with stakeholders and partners to address and resolve payroll-related queries. You will examine payroll processes, identifying potential issues, and implementing solutions, whilst playing a key role in reducing our risk profile by ensuring that all payroll activitiesply with relevant laws and regulations. As part of a supportive and dynamic team, you will contribute to team discussions, share your insights, and work together to drive efficient oues.

What you offer

Payroll Experience: Understanding of end-to-end payroll processes, payroll calculations, tax and social security withholding, and benefits administration. Preferable across multiple EMEA countries. Data Analytics: Proficiency in advanced excel functions, formulas, macros, and data visualisation. Ability to analyse large datasets to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement. SQL: Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL for querying databases and working with large data sets. Familiarity with other data analysis tools such as Python, Alteryx, and other report writing advantageous. Excellent attention to detail, and strong organisation time management skills. Strong problem-solving skills, with an ability to work independently and as part of a global team. Excellentmunicator with strong interpersonal skills.
