Reporting into – Head of Quant and AI Strategy

Location – Remote/London

We provide corporates, institutions (e.g. pension funds, endowments and charities) and asset managers with direct access to transparent and competitive multi-bank foreign exchange (FX) execution. The Role:

The role is in the Quant Solution Group within the firm and involves;

·Conducting research and analysis on different types of structured, semi-structured and unstructured data using advanced modelling and machine learning and AI techniques.

·Turning the insights generated from the data into investment signals to improve the currency risk management strategies and analytics.

·Developing and automating AI, machine learning and investment workflow pipelines in the AWS cloud.

·Staying up to date with the latest developments in AI, machine learning research and developments.

Requirements:

A recent graduate in a quantitative field from a reputable university, ideally computer science studies or a subject involving substantial quantitative and programming components. Proficiency with Python programming is essential, alongside expertise in applications of machine learning (ML), deep learning (DL), or natural language processing (NLP).

Required Skills:

·Education: BSc/Msc in a technical degree, including but not limited to Mathematics, Quantitative Finance, Physics, Computer Science, or Engineering.

·Machine Learning and AI: Experience working with machine learning and AI techniques or at least eager to learn them quickly.

·Python and Data Structure: You should be proficient in Python programming not just using standard python packages such as NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn etc, but also familiar with data structure and algorithms, time and space complexity.

Desirable Skills and Experience

·Experience with Agentic Frameworks such as LangGraph etc.

·Understand and having experience with RAG, Graph Database etc.

·Experience with cloud services (AWS preferred).

·Experience with DevOps tools (Docker etc.)

·Understand relational and no SQL database and data structure.
