If you're passionate about building robust, scalable machine learning solutions and applying advanced statistical methods to real-world retail problems, this role offers both impact and innovation at scale.



🚀 What You’ll Do:

  • Research and build ML-driven solutions using techniques like clustering, regularised regression, NLP, and neural networks.
  • Develop science modules that are deployed globally across client accounts.
  • Dive into high-dimensional retail data to uncover new needs and optimise the in-store and online experience.
  • Work cross-functionally with data scientists, engineers, and product teams.
  • Present your work to technical and non-technical audiences, helping shape data strategy across industries.



🎯 What We’re Looking For:

  • PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, Statistics, Physics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong Python skills; Spark, SQL, and experience with large datasets is a plus.
  • Proficiency with ML libraries (e.g. Scikit-learn, Pandas) and data visualisation tools.
  • Curiosity and ambition to push the boundaries of data science in a commercial setting.
  • Experience in retail or customer-focused analytics is highly desirable.
