About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist to play a key role in realising the benefits of data at the Royal Veterinary College. This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive and collaborative team, working with diverse data sources ranging from HR systems to electronic healthcare records from our hospitals. You will help inform institutional decisions and foster innovation and excellence through data.

Key Responsibilities

Work with stakeholders to define and deliver data science projects aligned with the university’s strategic and operational goals Take ownership of data analysis workflows including data extraction, preparation, modelling, and reporting Promote data literacy and champion the value of evidence-based decision making Identify opportunities for new data science initiatives Communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences through reports, dashboards, and presentations
