Reporting Analyst
Location: Bristol – Hybrid
In this position, you’ll be based in the office for a minimum of three days a week, with the flexibility to work from home for some of your working week. Find out more about our flexible work culture at computershare.The Reconciliation Reporting Team is responsible for delivering strategic, operationally focused performance reporting and tactical reporting solutions. The team is also responsible for managing a data warehouse, alongside several key reports and dashboards used around the business along with the submission of a number of regulatory reports into the FCA and Central Bank of Ireland.
The Reporting Analyst will be responsible for maintenance and development of new and existing reports, creation of ad-hoc data analysis and retrieval of relevant data from our proprietary systems.
This role is responsible for managing aspects of the reporting data warehouse and delivering regulatory and operationally focused reporting. This includes tactical reporting solutions, maintenance and development of new and existing reports, creation of ad-hoc data analysis and retrieval of relevant data from proprietary systems
Deliver both internal and external reports within agreed SLA’s and timescales, ensuring FCA requirements are met, and quality measures are adhered to.
The Reporting Analyst will be required to ensure that controls are in place to deliver the reports on time, this includes clear visibility of ownership, quality control and authorisation where needed and possible escalation routes.
A sound knowledge of database architecture and be able to support with any required changes and testing.
Performing User Acceptance Testing for required system changes
Knowledge and ability to write and maintain SQL queries
Experience of SSIS and SSRS
Excellent working knowledge of MS suite including Excel and pivot tables.
