🚨 Data Analyst – Contract | £450–£550pd | Outside IR35 | Hybrid (3 days onsite – Central London)

6-Month Initial Contract | Banking Sector


We’re looking for a skilledData Analystto join a challenger banking client on a 6-month contract basis. This role offers the opportunity to work on meaningful projects that inform high-level business decisions across a complex financial environment.


🔍 Key Details:

  • Rate:ÂŁ450–£500 per day
  • IR35:Outside IR35
  • Duration:6 months (potential extension)
  • Location:Central London (3 days onsite, 2 remote)
  • Sector:Banking/Financial Services


🎯 Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse large and complex datasets (e.g., customer behaviour, sales trends, market data)
  • Create insightful reports, dashboards, and visualisations using tools like Power BI or Tableau
  • Design and run efficient SQL queries to extract and manipulate data
  • Develop and maintain BI tools and solutions to support decision-making
  • Perform data validation and quality control to ensure integrity and accuracy
  • Deliver ad hoc analysis and actionable insights to stakeholders


đź’Ľ Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3+ years in a Data Analyst role within complex business environments
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
  • Experience of Python or R would be a plus.
  • Comfortable working with large datasets and drawing business-relevant conclusions
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience in the banking or financial sector is a strong plus
