We are looking for a highly motivated Data Analyst to join our growing team in the UK. In this role, you will work closely with our Product and Operations teams to monitor key metrics, build operational dashboards, conduct product analysis, and provide actionable insights to drive decision-making.

You’ll play a key role in transforming raw data into clear narratives that support business growth and improve user experiences. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will be expected to work closely with stakeholders across various functions and explain findings to non-technical audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply expertise in data analysis to see beyond the numbers and understand user behaviour.
  • Proactively identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities through data analysis.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor business operations and KPIs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, operations teams, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver data solutions.
  • Translate complex data into meaningful, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Support ad hoc data needs from stakeholders.
  • Continuously assess emerging technologies and architectural patterns to drive innovation and platform competitiveness.
  • Create technical specifications, architectural diagrams, and decision records to support long-term sustainability.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in a data analytics or business intelligence role.
  • Proficient in SQL, Python (especially for data analysis), and Tableau (or other BI tools).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience working closely with Product and/or Operations teams.
  • Ability to clearly communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders with diverse backgrounds.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Mandarin proficiency is preferred.

Good To Have:

  • Experience with quantitative analysis, including A/B testing, funnel analysis, or cohort tracking.
  • Solid foundation in statistics and data interpretation.
  • Experience working on mobile app or web product analytics.
  • Familiarity with modern big data frameworks (e.g., Spark, Hive, Presto) is a plus.
