Business Data Analyst

The successful candidate will be logical and have a fantastic attention to detail, working in partnership with Business leaders to agree on their forecast position and with the wider people team to provide narrative on headcount changes. The role will also identify improvements and change ways of working to fully embed the use of Anaplan and ensure it is used to effect efficient change.

If you're comfortable providing monthly forecasts, capturing information, and crafting creative reports and charts using Excel, we'd love to hear from you! To be considered, you must have the following experience:

1. High level of expertise in the use of Excel.
2. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to challenge.
3. Analytical problem solving, a high level of numeracy, and system literacy.
4. Logical thinker with great attention to detail, proficient in Excel, including the ability to interrogate data and produce reports.
5. Experience of working in People / HR function (Desirable).
6. Experience in identifying anomalies in data.
7. Ability to train line managers to ensure they take ownership of their people data accuracy.
8. A self-motivated individual who can work to fixed deadlines in a structured and logical manner.
