Job Title: Business Intelligence & Data Analyst
Location: Nottingham (Hybrid) Max time in office once a week for meetings.
Salary: £35,000 - £37,000 (Depending on Experience)
Hours: Full Time (37.5 hours per week)
Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday

About the Role: Are you an experienced data analyst with a passion for transforming data into actionable insights. Our client, a leading not-for-profit healthcare organisation, is seeking a Business Intelligence & Data Analyst to play a key role in driving data-driven decision-making and improving organisational performance.

In this role, you will design and deliver dashboards using Power BI, manage SQL databases, and provide timely reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).

You will work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to identify reporting gaps, improve processes, and support strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop structured data collection processes and ensure data integrity.
Create impactful dashboards using Power BI and manage SQL queries.
Analyse trends, forecast outcomes, and support decision-making.
Collaborate with teams to improve reporting mechanisms and drive corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with data governance principles and quality standards. What We're Looking For:

Essential Skills & Experience:

Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Expert knowledge of Power BI and SQL database management.
Advanced IT skills, including Excel and database systems.
Excellent analytical and numeric skills.
Strong communication skills to convey complex data insights. Desirable Skills:

Experience with healthcare information systems
Knowledge of statistical analysis tools (e.g., R, Python).
